Activision Blizzard announced a deal today with Google to stream their eSports exclusively on YouTube. This includes games like Overwatch, Call of Duty, World of Warcraft, Hearthstone and many more. Previously their eSports events were exclusive with Twitch starting in 2017. The new deal also includes integration of Activision Blizard games into the Google Cloud service to improve latency. Overwatch League will start their YouTube run on Feb. 8th and Call of Duty League will be January 24th. This does not mean these games will leave Twitch all together as that is up to the streamer themselves. As of typing this (1:26pm pst on Friday) World of Warcraft has 45k viewers, Overwatch has 24k viewers, Hearthstone has 24k, Call of Duty has 10k viewers on Twitch.
