Overwatch has revealed their newest champion to join the fray. Echo’s origin story is out now and shows that Echo was meant to be the savior of humanity. Echo first appeared in the Macree and Ashe short as the payload they were fighting over. She had a follow-up appearance in the Overwatch 2 announcement trailer that showed she will be a flying champ. No details on her abilities but following her backstory it can be assumed she will be a healing hero.
