Splinter Cell is getting a new anime series on Netflix! We have been waiting for Sam Fisher to return for a new Splinter Cell game for 7 years ever since 2013’s Splinter Cell: Blacklist. The series is welcomed news but fans are voicing their discontent in the lack of a new game.
The new series will be written and produced by Derek Kolstad who has also worked on John Wick and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Netflix ordered two seasons for a total of 16 episodes. Nothing on the plot yet but presumably it will involve Fisher taking out terrorists as a spec ops member of Third Echelon.
