Ubisoft is folding Uplay and Ubisoft Club into a new platform called Ubisoft Connect. The transition will be finalized on October 27, 2020.
Newer games will transition their rewards to Connect: For Honor, Ghost Recon Breakpoint, Hyper Scape, Division 2, Assassin’s Creed, and Rainbow Six: Siege.
Older games will not make the move but Ubisoft is unlocking all rewards for free on Uplay: Anno, Assassin’s Creed, Child of Light, Far Cry, Ghost Recon, Might & Magic, Just Dance, South Park, The Crew, and Watch Dogs franchises.
Player’s Units, XP, and levels will make the transition to the new platform. On October 26th and 27th, many Ubisoft services will be down for maintenance.
