Phil Spencer has been on the interview circuit in the lead up to the Xbox launch on November 10th. In his latest talks, we learn that Xbox is possibly developing an XCloud stick for your TV. This stick would be similar to Google Chromecast or Stadia device. It would allow users to stream directly to the stick without buying an Xbox.
“I think you’re going to see lower priced hardware as part of our ecosystem when you think about streaming sticks and other things that somebody might want to just go plug into their TV and go play via xCloud. You could imagine us even having something that we just included in the Game Pass subscription that gave you an ability to stream xCloud games to your television and buying the controller.”

He further explained that you could have tiered GamePass. The different tier would have different perks. One tier would include your streaming stick. This sounds like there Xbox All Access that gives you an Xbox and Game Pass Ultimate for a fixed monthly rate over two years. Xbox has been evolving into a brand and service focused company, beyond just consoles.
