Alexa and Xbox are now BFFs! Microsoft announced on April 13th that you can now ask Alexa to download GamePass games to your Xbox Series X/S or Xbox One.
“Alexa, download (game) from Xbox Game Pass”
The only setup required is to link your Xbox and Amazon accounts through the Alexa App. You can also ask your Alexa devices what games are newly added and expiring from the GamePass library.
This new feature could be a sign of the two companies working together in the future. Amazon is going big into the gaming world, and Microsoft could be a useful ally. Could some future Amazon Games titles become Xbox exclusives? We may find out more at this year’s E3 event.
