Revealed at LA Comic-Con, “Batman: The Animated Series” is getting a podcast! The new BtAS podcast will be an audio drama that will continue the story from the original series. Kevin Conroy will once again play the Dark Knight. John Glover, Riddler, was also on hand to announce the new project.
The “Batman: The Animated Series” podcast will be written by Alan Burnett. Alan was a writer and producer of the original series, Mask of the Phantasm, and Batman Beyond. He continued his work with DC into recent years, having a hand in most recent Batman and Superman animated movies.
There is no date yet for the series premiere.
