The stunt team behind the upcoming Star Wars Disney+ series, “Skeleton Crew,” has confirmed that filming has wrapped up and the series is set to premiere later this year. The series is an Amblin/Spielberg-like coming-of-age story about a group of kids lost in space around the same timeframe as The Mandalorian, with not much more information about the series has been released. The series was first announced by Dave Filoni and Jon Favreau at Star Wars Celebration 2022 and creator Jon Watts has described it as “the story of their journey trying to find their way home.” The series is expected to premiere alongside other new live-action and animation content and a major video game from the Star Wars franchise.
