Nintendo has announced that Game Boy and Game Boy Advance games will be added to the Nintendo Switch Online subscription service today. Game Boy games will be included as part of the basic subscription, while Game Boy Advance games will require the premium Expansion Pack upgrade. The launch lineup for Game Boy games includes Tetris, Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins, The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening DX, and more. The launch lineup for Game Boy Advance includes Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3, WarioWare Inc.: Mega MicroGames, and The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap. The Expansion Pack for Nintendo Switch Online was launched last October and made N64 and Sega Genesis games available for subscribers. The library has since expanded and improved, and more games are set to be added in the future, including Metroid Fusion, Kirby and the Amazing Mirror, and Fire Emblem.
