‘Rogers” Play Coming to Disneyland

Disney is bringing the musical featured in the hit series Hawkeye to the stage. Rogers: The Musical will be performed as a short one-act musical at Disney California Adventure this summer. The project was expanded from the musical segment that was included in the series, and it won’t be the first time it has been performed live.

In 2019, Rogers: The Musical was showcased at the D23 Expo, and it included the song “Save The City.” The song describes the alien invasion of New York City from The Avengers, and it caused Clint Barton, played by Jeremy Renner, to walk out of the show when he saw it on Broadway.

A tweet from the Disney Parks account announced the expansion of the project and shared a short video of a woman wearing Peggy Carter’s signature red hat and blue skirt suit picking up a playbill. The announcement has sparked excitement among fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, who are eager to see the expanded version of the musical.

The Hawkeye series was a huge success, and the musical segment was a highlight of the show. Disney’s decision to bring the musical to the stage demonstrates the company’s commitment to delivering unique and entertaining experiences to its audiences.

Fans will have the opportunity to see Rogers: The Musical at Disney California Adventure this summer, where they can enjoy the catchy tunes and impressive choreography that made the musical segment in Hawkeye such a hit.
