FromSoftware has finally announced the upcoming DLC expansion for Elden Ring, Shadow of the Erdtree. While no release date has been confirmed as of yet, the developer has confirmed that it is currently in development. The news was shared via tweets from the official Elden Ring and FromSoftware Twitter accounts, and it also features new key artwork for the expansion.
This is exciting news for Elden Ring fans who have been waiting for new content since the Colosseum multiplayer update was released. Shadow of the Erdtree will be the first single-player expansion for the game, and it remains to be seen how much content it will include.
